摘　　要：在分析高职院校校外实习基地接收学生顶岗实习存在问题的基础上，提出高职院校必须进一步转变观念，积极主动为企业做好服务，加强对学生基础知识和基本技能的培养，同时必须做好学生顶岗实习期间的组织与管理，建立健全校企合作的良性机制。我院在建设高水平、综合性校外顶岗实习基地方面进行了有益的探索和实践。On the analysis of the existing problems of working practice in extramural practical training base in higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward that the higher vocational colleges must change the idea to actively serve for enterprises and to strengthen the students＇ basic knowledge and skills. Simultaneously, they must organize and manage the students during working practice, establishing and perfecting the benign school - enterprise cooperation mechanism. Our institute has explored and practiced the construction of high level, the comprehensive outside practice base.
