摘　　要：目的探讨团体辅导干预对护理本科生个人职业生涯规划的影响。方法按年级分层随机抽取某高等医学院校四年制护理本科一、二年级学生40人(大一、大二学生各20人),对其实施为期6周、连续8次的个人职业生涯规划团体辅导。比较团体辅导前后其个人职业生涯规划状况。结果干预后学生的个人职业生涯规划总分及各维度(除就业信心维度外)评分显著高于干预前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论团体辅导干预有利于改善护理本科生个人职业规划状况。Objective To study the effect of group counseling intervention on personal career planning of undergraduate nursing students. Methods A total of 40 undergraduate nursing students were recruited from the strata of grade 1 and grade 2,with 20 subjects in each grade. The participants received eight times of group counseling within a six-week period. Before and after the intervention,personal career planning of undergraduate nursing students was investigated and compared. Results The total score of personal career planning and scores of all dimensions except the dimension of employment confidence after group conselling intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Group counseling intervention can improve the level of the personal career planning of college nursing students.
