摘 要:目的探讨氧气湿化瓶有效的消毒保存方法及持续存放时间,为医院制定有效的氧气湿化瓶消毒保存措施提供依据。方法将120份氧气湿化瓶及通气管芯随机分为对照组和观察组各60份,对照组采取病房分散消毒管理,观察组采取供应室集中清洗消毒管理的方法 ;对两组氧气湿化瓶于消毒后保存第1、3、5、7、9天每组每次分别随机抽取12份采样培养。结果观察组持续保存1~9d的湿化瓶细菌监测合格率均为100%,除第1天外,其余各天显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论氧气湿化瓶采用供应室统一集中清洗消毒方法 ,能提高消毒效果,延长保存时间,提高无菌保存率,能有效减少吸氧患者医院感染的机会。Objective To explore effective disinfection and preservation of oxygen humidifier bottles,and to provide information for clinical practice. Methods A total of 120 pairs of oxygen humidifier bottles and inlet tubes were equally divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group were cleaned and disinfected in wards in a dispersal manner,while the observation group were cleaned and disinfected in the supply room in a centralized approach. On the first 1,3,5,7,9 days after disinfection,12 samples taken from the internal wall of 12 bottles in every group were collected each time for bacterial culture. Results Amazingly,100% of the samples collected from the observation group came up to the limits within the first 9 days after disinfection,and the pass rates on each tested day (except for the first tested day) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.01 for all). Conclusion Centralized cleaning and disinfection of oxygen humidifier bottles in supply room can improve the disinfection effect,prolong preservation time and raise aseptic rate,which can be effective in reducing the chance of infection for patients receiving oxygen therapy.
