麻醉推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症神经疼痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的验证麻醉推拿治疗急性神经根炎疼痛的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析78例腰椎间盘突出合并急性神经根炎疼痛病人,A组44例(麻醉推拿组),B组34例(常规推拿组)进行临床观察。结果治疗组和对照组CR+PR率分别为90.9%和26.4%(P<0.05),两组比较有统计学意义。结论麻醉推拿是缓解腰急性椎间盘突出神经疼痛的一种有效快捷的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement for the pain of osteoarthritis. Methods Retrospective analysis was made to study results of 78 cases of osteoarthritis in patients with nerve root inflammation, A group of 44 cases （Narcotic massage group）, B group 34 cases （conventional massage group）.Results CR ＋ PR rates of treatment group and control group were 90.9% and 26.4% （P〈0.05）,and there was a significant difference. Conclusion Arthroscscopic debridement is a effective surgery method for relieving pain of patient with osteoarthritis.
