康复护理在使用层流床预防化疗后粒细胞缺乏并发感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨使用层流床预防化疗后粒细胞缺乏并发感染的康复护理(功能锻炼、药膳饮食)。方法对253例使用层流床预防化疗后粒细胞缺乏患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用层流床护理,实验组在层流床护理的基础上,进行综合康复护理;比较2组患者感染发生率、发热平均天数、抗生素使用天数。结果实验组感染发生率、发热平均天数、抗生素使用天数均低于对照组。结论化疗后粒细胞缺乏患者使用无菌层流床全环境保护并进行功能锻炼和药膳饮食等综合康复护理可有效降低感染发生率。Objective To explore the use of laminar flow bed after chemotherapy to prevent neutropenia complicated by infection in rehabilitation nursing. Methods 253 cases of the use of laminar flow on the bed to prevent neutropenia after chemotherapy, patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group and control group using laminar flow-bed care, the experimental group in the laminar flow-bed care, based on a comprehensive rehabilitation care; comparison group 2 Patients with infection rates, average days of fever, antibiotic use days. Results Experimental group, the incidence of infection, fever, the average number of days, days of antibiotic use were lower than the control group. Conclusion Neutropenia after chemotherapy in patients with sterile laminar flow-bed full-functional exercise and environmental protection and medicated diet of comprehensive rehabilitation care can effectively reduce the infection rate.
