摘  要:采用原位合成技术,以二甲氧基硅烷(GPTMS)作为有机改性剂,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了3种稀土离子(Tb3+)掺杂的有机改性二氧化硅玻璃.测量了它们的发射光谱和红外光谱,探讨了不同有机改性剂含量及热处理温度对原位合成的稀土有机配合物掺杂二氧化硅凝胶玻璃的发光性能、热稳定性及机械性能的影响.结果表明:有机改性可以使凝胶玻璃结构致密,机械性能提高,但同时热稳定性降低;对于不同的稀土有机配合物掺杂体系,GPTMS使荧光增强的最佳摩尔分数也不同.最后确定了各种性能都较好的配方,为今后制备具有较强荧光的含铽的凝胶玻璃提供依据.Three types of organic silicate (ormosil) glasses modified by 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysi- lane (GPTMS) with different contents, were prepared by in situ sol-gel method and their emission and IR spectra were measured. Effects of ifferent GPTMS contents and heat-treatment temperatures on the thermal, mechanical and photolumineseence properties of rare earth organic complex in silica glass were investigated. The results indicate that GPTMS could densify the gel glass and improve the mechanical properties of the gel glass, but the thermal stability would decrease simultaneously. As for the photolumineseenee property, nescence property varied with the types of the doped terbium complexes. Considering the thermal stability, mechanical and photoluminescence properties in a whole, the optimum contents were chosen. The results can provide certain basis to manufacture high luminescence silica gel glasses containing terbium ion in the future.
