摘 要:采用非热等离子体方法分解去除烟气中的NO,在高能电子的作用下将NO分解成无毒无害的N2。试验结果表明,非热等离子体技术能有效地促进NO的分解。等离子体输入功率为42W,温度为25℃,NO体积比为500μL/L,O2体积为3%,其余为N2;在流速为200mL/min条件下,NO的去除率达到了99%;随着输入功率的增加,NO去除率逐渐增大,流速和进口NO浓度对NO的去除率影响不大;O2浓度对NO的分解反应有一定的抑制作用,在O2浓度为1%~5%范围时,NO的去除率均可达92%以上。The removal of NO from flue gas has been tested by using non- thermal plasma method,decomposing NO under effect of high energy electrons into non - toxic and harmless N2. Results of test show that the non - thermal plasma technology can effectively promote decomposition of NO. Under condition of input power of the plasma is 42 W,the temperature is 25℃ ,the volume ratio of NO is 500 μL/L,the volume of O2 is 3% ,the remainder is N2 ,and the flow rate is 500 mL/min,the removal efficiency of NO reaches 99%. Along with increasing the input power of plasma,the removal efficiency of NO is gradually increasing, the influence of flow rate and concentration of NO at inlet upon the removal efficiency isn't large; the concentration of O2 has certain restrain effect on decomposing reaction of NO,when the concentration of O2 is in a range of 1%-5% ,the removal efficiency all can reach 92% and more.
