摘 要:根据某电厂ABB公司制造的非再热式200MW双抽汽式汽轮机组(双抽机组)的技术特点,在基准工况和变工况计算的基础上,对其热力特性进行了研究,绘制了双抽机组运行工况图。同时,拟合出了反映双抽机组主蒸汽流量、工业抽汽流量、采暖抽汽流量、电功率4个变量之间关系的多元特性方程,为双抽机组热力特性研究及在线负荷优化分配提供了一种简便、快速、实用的方法。Based on technical features of non- reheat 200 MW double- extraction steam turbine unit manufactured by ABB Company and equipped in one power plant, the thermodynamic properties of saidunit have been studied on the basis of calculation under standard operating conditions and off - design operating conditions, the graph of operating conditions for double - extraction unit being drawn. At the same time, a multi -component characteristic equation reflecting the relationship among four variables, i. e. the main steam flow rate of unit, the industrial extraction steam flow rate, the extraction steam flow rate for heating, and the electric power, has been fitted, providing simple, easy, rapid, and practical method for studying the thermodynamic properties of doubleextraction unit and for on- line optimization of load distribution.
