摘  要:首次提出采用除磷氢电导率表征和在线测定磷酸盐炉水中腐蚀性酸根阴离子的方法(CCPC)。通过分析阳离子交换柱出口水中主要酸的解离模型,提出磷酸盐对炉水氢电导率贡献部分的计算方法,扣除其影响后可得到炉水中腐蚀性酸根阴离子的含量。实践证明,该方法可及时正确地指导汽包炉排污和确定凝结水精处理混床终点,对节能和防腐作用明显,且简单、可靠,经济实用。A method called CCPC has been put forward for the first time to characterize and determine on-line the anion of corrosive acid radical in boiler water containing phosphate by using CCDP. Through analysing the dissociative model of main acids in effluent water from cation exchange colum, a calculation method of phosphate's contribution share in hydrogen conductivity of boiler water has been proposed, after deducting the said effect, the anion content of corrosive acid radical can be obtained. Practice shows that the said method is simple,reliable,economical,and practicable,can timely and correctly guide the blowdown of drum boiler,and determine the end point of mixed bed for condensate polishing treatment,having significance for energysaving and corrossionpreventing.
