摘 要:针对超临界机组锅炉对流受热面金属内壁水蒸气氧化现象,论述了不同材料氧化的机理和影响条件,以及高温条件下金属表面氧化膜与金属材质、合金元素、微量元素之间的关系。研究表明,对流受热面金属表面Fe2O3的增长主要是因基体铁离子扩散受到阻碍所致,奥氏体耐热钢氧化层容易剥落与材料本身特性和氧化层缺陷有关。Directing against the steam - oxidation phenomenon occurred on the metallic inner - wall of convection heating surface in boilers equipped for supercritical units, the oxidation mechanism and affecting factors of different materials, as well as the relationship between the oxide film on metallic surface and the metallic material quality,the alloy elements,or the trace elements under high- temperature have been expounded. Study shows that the growth of Fe2 03 on the metallic surface of convection heating surface is mainly due to ion's diffusion from the base iron has been obstructed,the oxide layer on austenitic heat- resistant steel is easily to peel-off, this is related to properties of the material proper and defects in the oxide layer.
