摘  要:石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫废水处理系统产生较大量的泥渣,其中含有多种对环境有害的重金属成分。为此,采用微波消解-原子吸收光谱法对华能北京热电有限责任公司(华能北京热电厂)脱硫废水处理系统进水、出水、泥渣中重金属含量进行连续监测,掌握了该厂脱硫废水处理系统中重金属含量变化趋势,为后续脱硫废水泥渣减量研究提供了依据。监测结果表明,华能北京热电厂脱硫废水处理工艺对Hg、As、Cd、Cr、Pb、Ni、Zn、Cu等重金属均有去除效果,处理系统出水各重金属浓度均达到DL/T997-2006所规定的控制指标和GB8978-1996规定的一级排放标准;除对铅的去除率较低(平均为25.4%)外,对其它7种重金属的去除率均在70%以上。Large amount of sludge,in which containing a variety of heavy metals harmful to the environ: ment,has produced from wastewater treatment of the limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization (FGD) system. For this, the heavy metal content in intaking water, effluent water, and sludge of wastewater treatment facility in the FGD system of Huaneng Beijing Thermal Power Co Ltd is monitored continuously with microwave digestion - atom absorption spectroscopic method, the variation tendency of heavy metal content in wastewater treatment process of the FGD system in said power plant being grasped,providing basis for studying the decrease of sludge from wastewater of the FGD system. The monitored results show that the FGD wastewater treatment technology adopted in Beijing Thermal Power Plant has removal effects upon heavy metals, such as Hg, As, Cd, Cr, Pb, Ni, Zn, and Cu etc. , the concentration of every heavy metal in effluen water from the treatment system all reaches the controlled index specified in standard DL/T 997 2006,and the first class norm of emission specified in standard GB 8978-1996;excepting the removal efficiency of Pb is somewhat lower (the average value is 25.5%),the removal efficiency of other seven heavy metals all reaches 70% and more.
