摘  要:对长期运行后的TP347H与钢102异种钢焊接接头进行了组织与性能试验研究,对其组织老化与性能变化进行了分析。结果表明,长期运行后钢102金相组织达到4级球化,TP347H钢有沿晶碳化物析出,钢102侧熔合线处存在一个过渡层,该处析出较多碳化物,硬度较高,母材中的碳向焊缝迁移。A test study on microstructure and performance of welded joint between different steels;i, e. TP347H steel and 102 steel,after longterm service has been carried out, the aging of microstrueture and variation of performance being analysed. Results show that the metallographic structure of 102 steel after long - term service has reached 4 - grade spheroidization, and the carbide precipitation appears along the grain boundary in TP347H steel;on the fusion line at the 102 steel side,there is a transitional layer,in which precipitation of more carbide appears, and has higher hardness, the carbon existing in base metal removes to the welded joint.
