摘  要:针对湛江电力有限公司2号脱硫系统浆液泵出口压力下降的原因进行了分析,认为叶轮叶片腐蚀磨损导致入口环容积损失增大,是造成浆液循环泵压力下降的主要原因。经过2次修复,浆液循环泵的出口压力升高了约30kPa。Directing against the outlet pressure drop in slurry- recirculating pump of desulphurization system no. 2 in Zhanjiang Electric Power Co Ltd,the causes have been analysed. It is preliminarily believed that the main causes leading to pressure drop of the slurry -recirculating pump are corrosion and abrasion of the impeller blades, and repair has been carried out by adopting corresponding measures. But it is found from further analysis that the corrosion and abrasion make the volume loss of leak - proof suction ring to be enlarged,and being a more important cause resulting in pressure drop of said slurry - recirculating pump. Through repair of two tines, the outlet pressure of said slurry - recircularing pump has been enhanced about 30 kPa.
