摘 要:根据微涡旋絮凝机理设计出新型絮凝反应器。通过与传统网格絮凝反应器的对比试验,对新型絮凝反应器的絮凝效果进行分析,以确定最佳的反应器结构。试验结果表明,在同等条件下,新型絮凝反应器絮凝效果优于网格反应器,其对悬浊液处理效果稳定,处理后出水静沉30min,上清液浊度均能达到3NTU以下。相对传统机械搅拌澄清工艺,新型絮凝反应器具有水力停留时间短、对流量变化适应性强、运行稳定等优点。Based on the micro- vortex flocculation mechanism,a new type flocculation reactor has been designed. Through comparative test with the traditinal mesh flocculation reactor, the flocculation effectiveness of said new type flocculation reactor has been analysed, so as to determine the optimal structure of the new flocculation reactor. Results of test show that the flocculation effectiveness of the new flocculation reactor is better than that of the mesh type reactor under same conditions, having more stable treatment effectiveness for the suspensoid. After 30 min precipitation of the effluent water after treatment, the turbidity of teh supernatant is all below 3 NTU. Compared with the traditional mechanical agitation process, the new reactor has shorter hydraulic retention time, boasting better adaptability to the flow rate changes,and being more stable in operation.
