摘  要:介绍了腈黏锦氨多组分发热纤维无缝内衣的传统三浴法染色工艺处方、工艺流程、工艺曲线,分析了传统工艺的不足。通过染料、助剂的选用,提出了腈黏锦氨无缝内衣染色的改进工艺,即染深色两浴法、染中浅色一浴法,分别介绍了两种改进工艺的工艺流程、处方及工艺曲线,并举出工艺实例,与传统工艺比较分析了两种改进工艺的经济效益和社会效益。结果表明,采用改进工艺,大大缩短了染色时间,提高了产量,节水、节能、减少了排污,降低了染色成本,创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益。This paper introduces the technological prescription,technological work-flow,technological curves of the traditional three-bath dyeing technology used for the seamless underwear knitted by the multi-component heat generating fiber yarn-acrylic/viscose/nylon/ polyurethane,and analyzes its disadvantages. Through careful selection of the dyes and auxiliaries,this paper modifies the dyeing technology,i.e.,two-bath for dyeing dark color and one-bath for dyeing light dark color and light color. This paper presents thetechnological work-flow,technological prescription and technological curves of the modified dyeing technology,puts forward one dyeing example and compares with the traditional dyeing technology in terms of economical output and social benefit. It can be concluded that the modified technology can effectively shorten the dyeing period,improve the output,save water and energy,reduce discharge,lower cost and lead a better economical output and social benefit.
