丹红注射液对老年急性冠脉综合征患者血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丹红注射液对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血液流变学的影响。方法将82例老年ACS患者随机分为丹红治疗组(47例)和常规治疗组(35例),两组患者分别在治疗前和治疗后14d检测血液流变学相关指标,并进行比较。结果 ACS患者血液流变学相关指标全血黏度(ηb)、血浆黏度(ηp)、血细胞比容(HCT)、纤维蛋白原(RFC)、红细胞刚性指数(IR)、红细胞聚集指数(VAI)、血检形成系数(TFL)、红细胞变形系数(DI)较健康对照组明显增高(P<0.05)。治疗后14d丹红治疗组较常规治疗组患者上述指标均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液具有降低血液黏稠度、改善血液高凝状态作用,对ACS的治疗有一定的临床价值。Objective To analyze the effect of DanHong injection in hemorheology in old patients with acute coronary sydrome.Methods This study enrolled total of 82 old patients with ACS,All patients were divided into Danhong treatment group with 47 cases and routine treatment group with 35 cases.Before and 14 days after the treament,The index of hemorheology details were recorded and analyzed.Results 1.Theηb、ηp、HCT、RFC、IR、VAI、TFL、DI were all significantly higher in ACS group than in health contrast group（P0.05）.2.After the treament,those index of hemorheology were all significantly decrease in Danhong treatment group than routine treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion Danhong injection can decrease blood viscosity,improve hypercoagulabale state,it has clinical value in ACS.
