摘 要:目的观察一种生物型人工硬脑膜在神经外科临床应用中的疗效。方法对分别应用生物型人工硬脑膜修补和自体颞肌筋膜修补的349例硬脑膜缺损与不足患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果全组349例患者除重型颅脑损伤并多器官功能衰竭死亡外,无脑脊液漏、感染及皮下积液。术中及愈后情况均满意。结论生物型人工硬脑膜安全、术后恢复良好、并发症少、无排异反应,是一种较好的脑膜修补材料。Objective To investigate the efficacy of a type of biological artificial dura mater in clinical application of the neurosurgery.Methods Applied Biosystems respectively artificial dural patch and autologous temporalis myofascial repair 349 cases of dural defects in patients with insufficient clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients in addition to 349 cases of severe head injury and died of multiple organ failure exceptions,no cerebrospinal fluid leakage,infection and subcutaneous fluid collection.In addition to the entire group of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in patients with stage Ⅱ 132 routine repair skull defect,which take meningeal repair manual for 65 cases of patients,intraoperative and more were satisfied with the situation.Conclusion Biotype artificial dural security,a good postoperative recovery with few complications and no rejection,is a good meningeal repair materials.
