摘　　要：EB病毒是一种感染人类B淋巴细胞的疱疹病毒。现综述EB病毒与多种自身免疫疾病,如系统性红斑狼疮、多发性硬化症、类风湿性关节炎、自身免疫甲状腺病;自身免疫性肝疾病之间的相关性,并尝试用Pender的假说,解释这一现象。EB virus（EBV） is a human B-lymphocyte affinitive Herpesviridae.This paper reviewed the evidence for the role of EBV in the autoimmune disease：systemic lupus erythematosus,multiple sclerosis,rhumatic arthritis,autoimmune thyroid disease and autoimmune liver disease,and provide an explanation of the EBV role in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases with Pender′s hypothesis.
