摘　　要：阿维菌素是一种抗寄生虫类抗生素,它主要通过影响虫类的神经系统功能而起到高效的杀灭作用。随着阿维菌素的广泛应用,其引起人体的中毒反应屡见报道。如何安全有效地使用阿维菌素类农药及对其中毒的防治越来越引起人们的关注。目前阿维菌素毒理学的研究主要集中在对昆虫的毒作用,而对哺乳动物的毒作用缺少系统性的研究及描述。现对阿维菌素类化合物的化学性质、哺乳动物毒性作用机制及中毒症状与治疗予以介绍。Avermectin is an antibiotic,which mainly acts on the nervous system of worms with high efficacy killing effects.With its wide utilization,the reports of human intoxication are not unusual.It arouses more and more attention that how to use avermectins effectively and safely and the prevention and cure of intoxication.Currently,the research on its toxicology focuses on the toxic action on worms.However,no systemic study and description is available for its toxic action on mammals.Therefore,this review summarizes recent research advances on avermectins regarding their chemical characteristics,mammalian toxicological mechanisms,symptoms and treatment.
