摘　　要：目前,多层螺旋CT普遍应用于临床,其在胰腺疾病诊断中的价值已为人们所共识。完善的检查前准备和扫描方案是胰腺多层螺旋CT检查的成功关键,大多数学者认为胰腺双期增强扫描有助于胰腺病变的检出。各种胰腺疾病均有特征性CT表现,多层螺旋CT对于胰腺疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断有很高价值,特别是后处理技术有助于判断胰腺恶性肿瘤的胰周侵犯情况和肿瘤的可切除性。Multi-slice CT（MSCT）now is playing an important role in the diagnosis of pancreatic diseases.Optimal preparations and scanning protocols are critical for the successful examination.Dual-phase enhancement scanning of the pancreas is thought to be helpful for the detection of pancreatic diseases.The different pancreatic diseases have their own typical CT features while MSCT helps to diagnose and differentiate pancreatic diseases.Especially,the post processing technique is very useful to evaluate the invasion and respectability of pancreatic carcinoma.
