摘　　要：十三届四中全会以后,以江泽民为核心的党的第三代中央领导集体坚持社会主义初级阶段理论,继续研究和探索我国社会主义的发展阶段问题,作出了重大的理论贡献;深化了对社会主义初级阶段基本特征和发展进程的认识,制定了党在社会主义初级阶段的基本纲领,进一步具体化了邓小平"三步走"发展战略的第三步,进一步明确了社会主义初级阶段的长期性和建设的艰巨性。After the Fourth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee of the Party,the third generation of central collective leadership with Jiang Zemin as their core stuck to the theory of the primary stage of socialism,continued the extensive study and exploration of the development stage issues of China＇s socialism,and made new theoretical contributions.They achieved a better understanding of the basic features and development process of the primary stage of socialism,formulated the Party＇s basic programs at the primary stage of socialism,further materialized the third stage of the three-step development strategy put forward by Deng Xiaoping and further defined long-term nature of the primary stage of socialism and the arduous nature of building socialism.
