摘 要:分别采用动态悬挂法和声速法测量钢琴用云杉木材的声速。动态悬挂法通过测量共振频率,计算出动弹性模量,再来计算声速;声速法采用综合声速测定仪测量声波通过木材的时间,运用时差法计算声速。试验结果表明:动态悬挂法和声速法测量得到的结果很接近,误差1.2%,在误差允许范围内。音板原料云杉木材传声速度优于键盘原料云杉;两种音板原料中,北美产的音板原料云杉优于奥地利产的音板原料云杉。Dynamic suspension method and sound velocity method were used in this study to measure the sound velocity of spruce timber used for piano. Dynamic suspension method was that first measured resonance frequency, then dynamic elastic modulus was calculated, and finally calculated sound velocity. With sound velocity method integrated sound velocity instrument was used to measure the time that sound waves go through the wood, and then time-difference method was used to calculate the sound velocity. The test result showed that : the results of both dynamic suspension method and sound velocity method obtained were very close, and the testing error was 1.2%, within the acceptable range. Sound velocity of spruce timber that used for soundboard raw material was better than keyboard raw material; within the two kinds of soundboard raw material, spruce board that produced in North American was better than those in Austrian.
