聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变临床疗效观察与形态学改变

摘　　要：目的:探讨聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效和病理转归。方法:治疗对象均为经过病理检查证实为外阴白色病变的患者,共60例,鳞状上皮增生型37例、硬化性苔藓23例,治疗后评价疗效并观察病变部位的病理变化。结果:聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变临床疗效显著,治疗的总有效率为91.67%;鳞状上皮增生型和硬化性苔藓型临床疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。病理对比研究发现:超声治疗后表皮、真皮层内组织结构逐步趋向正常,基底层色素细胞沉积。结论:聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变是一种有效的方法。Objective：To investigate the pathological changes and therapeutic effects on white lesions of vulva treating with focused ultrasound.Methods：Sixty white lesions of vulva patients were 23 cases lichen sclerosus and 37 cases squamous hyperplasia depending on pathological classification.The therapeutic effects was evaluated and the pathological changes was observed after treating with focused ultrasound.Results：The therapeutic effects on white lesions of vulva with focused ultrasound was evident and the total effective rate was 91.67%.There had no obvious difference between the theruapeutic effects of lichen sclerosus and squamous hyperplasia（P〉0.05）.Pathological changes after treating with focused ultrasound：the tissues became normal in epidermis and dermis,pigment cells deposited in basal layers.Conclusions：It is a effective method for treating wihte lesions of vulva with focused ultrasound.
