摘 要:研究了一种以甲酸盐-羧酸盐为配位剂的三价铬电镀新工艺,并对镀液和镀层进行了性能测试。测试结果表明:镀层外观光泽明亮,光亮范围宽,镀液性能稳定,分散能力和覆盖能力好,镀液pH值易控制;镀层通过电化学测试和CASS实验,三价铬镀层的耐蚀性和六价铬镀层的相当,可与国外同类工艺相媲美。A new trivalent chromium plating process using formate-carboxylate as complexing agents is studied.The characteristics of the plating solution and coating are also tested.The testing results show that the coating obtained from this process has a bright appearance and a wide brightening range;the plating solution has a good stability,a good throwing power and covering power;the bath pH is easy to control.Electrochemical test and CASS experiment were used to investigate the corrosion resistance of the coating,which shows that the corrosion resistance of the trivalent chromium coating is equivalent to that of hexavalent chromium coating and is comparable to its counterparts abroad.
