闽东北五市旅游资源整合开发研究

摘　　要：区域旅游合作是提高区域旅游竞争力,实现旅游业可持续发展的必然选择.闽东北五市(福州市、莆田市、宁德市、三明市、南平市)区域毗邻,山水相连,习俗相近,经济文化交往十分密切,旅游合作条件十分优越.分析闽东北五市区域旅游合作的背景与旅游开发的现状,提出闽东北五市旅游资源的整合开发战略、"一廊两轴三大片区"的空间布局及其主要旅游线路,研究闽东北五市区域旅游合作的政策激励机制、市场调节机制、法律保障机制、人文融合机制提出搭建组织管理、产品互配、协商解决、营销合作、信息交流、绿色通道、资金筹措、人才培养等八大合作平台.In order to realize the effective cooperation of tourism resources at regional scale,the improvement of tourism competitive abilities and a sustainable tourism,regional tourism cooperation would be a new direction and option.In recent years,facing new opportunities,and under the influence of them,regional tourism cooperation within Fujian province is flourishing.In this paper,we focus on the tourism cooperation among five cities,namely Fuzhou,Putian,Ningde,Sanming and Nanping,which locate in the northeast of Fujian and have similar customs,close economic and cultural connections,and a good foundation of the cooperation.The analysis of related background and opportunities,the current status of tourism resources in the cities is assessed.An integrated exploitation strategy is presented,which includes a ＂One corridor-Two axes-Three subareas＂ spatial pattern and the developments of four tourism themes and six high-quality tourism lines.
