摘　　要：为克服目前高职院校图书馆电子阅览室管理工作中的不足,发挥电子阅览室的相关职能,实现电子阅览室的可持续发展,就必须以了解学生需求为抓手,以满足学生需求为落脚点,切实贯彻以人为本的管理理念。The article from the advanced nature of the people-oriented,combined with the lack in the management of college library electronic reading room,to play a relevant functions of the electronic reading room and realize the sustainable development of electronic reading room,is necessary to handle and cater the Students demand,to implement people-oriented management philosophy.
