摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜修补术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的疗效及应用价值。方法:回顾分析2007年1月至2009年12月为35例胃十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔患者行腹腔镜修补术的临床资料。结果:手术均获成功,手术时间平均80m in,术后平均4.5d进食,平均住院6d,无并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜修补术治疗胃十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔安全有效,具有患者痛苦小,损伤轻,康复快,对脏器干扰小,腹腔冲洗彻底及住院时间短等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To discuss the effect and practical value of laparoscopy in the repair of perforated gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods：The clinical data of 35 patients who underwent repair operation of gastroduodenal bulb ulcer perforation from Jan.2007 to Dec.2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results：All these cases were fulfilled successfully,the average operation time was 80min,the average taking food time was 4.5d after operation,the mean hospital stay time was 6d,and no complications occurred.Conclusions：Laparoscopic neoplasty in the treatment of perforated gastroduodenal bulb ulcer is safe and effective.With the virtues of less pain,damage,viscera disturbance,hospital stay,quicker recovery,more thoroughly abdominal irrigation,this operation is worthy to be popularized in clinic application.
