等离子刀在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨等离子刀在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析为218例患者行LC的临床资料,随机将218例患者分为两组:实验组(等离子刀组)117例和对照组(普通电刀组)99例;比较两组的手术时间、腹腔内置入物数量和住院费用等。结果:实验组在手术时间、腹腔内置入物数量及住院费用等方面均明显优于对照组。结论:等离子刀用于LC,与普通电刀相比,具有缩短手术时间、减少腹腔内置入物数量和住院费用等优点,值得临床应用。Objective：To evaluate the clinical application value of the plasma knife in laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）.Methods：The clinical data of 218 cases that had undergone LC were reviewed and analyzed.All the patients were randomly divided into two groups：117 cases in experimental group（plasma knife group） and 99 cases in control group（ordinary electric knife group）.The operative time,amount of intra-abdominal plants and hospitalization costs between two groups were compared.Results：After statistical processing,experimental group was significantly better than control group in the operation time,amount of intra-abdominal plants and hospitalization costs.Conclusions：Compared with ordinary electric knife,the plasma knife used in LC has advantages of shorter operative time,less intra-abdominal plants and hospitalization costs,and deserves to be used in clinic.
