摘　　要：高校离退休工作是一项系统工程,充分认识新形势下做好这项工作的重要性和必要性,针对离退休人员的思想现状,以人为本,从"心"树立尊老、敬老、爱老以加强并改进这项工作。The work of retirement administration in colleges and universities is a systematic project.We should be fully aware of the importance and necessity of the work in the new times and take into consideration the mental status of the retirees so as to improve the work and advocate the genuine respect and love of the society for the retirees,for which the idea of humaneness and empathy is important.
