摘　　要：本文通过对国内外主要信息共享空间人员配置与管理现状的考察,探讨了信息共享空间在人员管理中存在的问题,最后对我国信息共享空间人员管理提出若干建议,旨在为我国大学图书馆合理构建信息共享空间服务体系提供参考。Through the study and exploration of the situation of staffing and management in the main information sharing spaces both at home and abroad,this paper discuss problems exist in the personnel management of information sharing space,and finally put forward some suggestions upon information sharing space＇s personnel management in our country so as to provide references to the service system building of university library information sharing space in China.
