摘 要:以磷钨酸柱撑水滑石为催化剂、乙酸和正丁醇为原料合成了乙酸正丁酯,通过单因素实验和正交实验考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响。确定最佳的工艺条件如下:正丁醇与乙酸物质的量比为1.3∶1,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1.5%,反应时间为3h,反应温度为120℃。此时,酯化率达到96.8%以上。n-Butyl acetate was synthesized with acetic acid and n-butanol as raw materials and phosphato-tungstic acid pillar double hydroxides as catalyst.The effects of reaction conditions such as the molar ratio of n-butand to acetic acid,reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst amount on esterification rate were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The optimum synthetic conditions were determined as follows:the molar ratio of n-butanol to acetic acid was 1.3∶1,the quantity of phosphato-tungstic heteropolyacid catalyst accounting for the total material was 1.5%,the reaction temperature was 120℃ and the reaction time was 3 h.Under above conditions,the esterification rate was above 96.8%.
