摘  要:以菲作碳源从新疆六中区稠油油藏样品中分离得到一株高效的重烃降解菌Z-3,优化其生长条件如下:生长温度为25℃、矿化度为5000×10-6、pH值为6.0左右。原油降解实验结果表明,该菌培养3d后,原油明显乳化,原油降解率达到了40%。岩心模拟驱油实验结果表明,该菌提高采收率12%~18%。显示出Z-3菌株在提高原油采收率、原油污染环境的生物修复方面具有良好的应用前景。An effective heavy hydrocarbon degradation bacterium named Z-3 was isolated from the heavy oil sample of Xinjiang Middle District No.6 oil reservoir,using phenanthrene as the sole carbon source.The optimized culture conditions of Z-3 were as follows:temperature was 25℃,salinity was 5000×10-6 and pH value was 6.0.The results of heavy crude oil degradation experiment showed that the crude oil was obviously emulsified and its degradation rate was as high as 40% after Z-3 being cultured for 3 days.The core simulation oil displacement experiment showed that the oil recovery was enhanced 12%18%.The above mentioned properties of Z-3 suggested that it had a potential application in microbial enhanced oil recovery(MEOR)and bioremediation of oil-polluted environment.
