摘　　要：阐述海事国际公约在我国的适用现状,分析现行适用方式在履约效率、履约范围和法律效力等方面的利弊,提出修改宪法、制定专门适用法律或扩充单行法等对现行适用方式的几点完善建议。This article first presents the situations and methods of the applications of International Maritime Conventions in China.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of efficiency,scope and legal effect of application is analyzed.Finally,some suggestions on improving the present methods,such as amending the constitution,enacting special laws,expanding regulations,and so on is put forward.
