摘  要:高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)是一种新型液—液分配色谱技术,在中药、生化、保健食品、天然产物化学、环境分析等领域广泛应用,溶剂体系是其分离纯化效果的关键,对HSCCC有效成分分离时,溶剂体系的选择规律及筛选方法进行了总结,为筛选快速、便捷的高速逆流色谱溶剂体系提供了可靠的理论基础,并展望了该领域的研究及应用前景。The High-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) was a new liquid-liquid distribution chromatography. It has been widely used in the separation and purification of Chinese herbal medicines, biochemistry, healthy foods, natural products chemistry and environmental analysis as well. The key of the HSCCC's purification effect was solvent system. In this paper, the rule and selection of solvent system for separation of the active ingredients were summarized, which would provide a reliable basis for screening fast, convenient solvent system. The future research and application prospects of the field were prospected.
