摘　　要：据中国汽车工业协会统计分析，2009年上半年，中国车市汽车销量首次超过600万辆，同比增长17．69％。在整车市场的促进下，中国汽车零部件市场也日益成长为一块诱人的大蛋糕。然而中国企业却不是这块蛋糕的主要受益者，据不完全统计，目前外资在中国汽车零配件市场已经占到60％以上的份额，在轿车零配件行业所占份额更大，专家估计在80％以上。同时来自《汽车蓝皮书——中国汽车产业发展报告2009》的大量数据也显示，外资几乎垄断了汽车核心零部件的全部技术领域，After R&D for many years,China has made substantial achievement on the field of automatic transmission.The first high tech four-speed automatic transmission was successfully produced by the largest engine and transmission production base in China,OED Engine Company.OED automatic transmission is of intellectual property rights,whose features are full electronic control,low noise level,high transmissibility and high applicability.Production of automatic transmission fills the blank of core auto part manufacturing in China.
