摘　　要：阐述了FK6M-1000型加弹机的组成部分及生产DTY的工艺流程,从设备角度分析了三种DTY锭位缺陷(毛丝、僵丝、绊丝)的原因,并提出了处理方法,由此提高了锭位缺陷处理速度,极大地提升了DTY产品的品质。To describes the consist of FK6M-1000 textured machine and the process flow of producing DTY,analysises the cause of three kinds of DTY spindle position defect （broken filaments,ossified filament, tripping filament） from the point of view of equipments and gives their treatment control methods.The spindle position defect treatment speed was rised, the DTY product quality was improved greatly.
