摘  要:从减少Mo,Ni等贵重金属含量、降低生产成本和提高耐磨性的角度出发,对KmTBCr20Mo进行以硼替代部分Mo,Ni的试验,研究硼对Cr20白口铸铁组织及性能的影响.试验结果表明:硼显著提高了试样的铸态硬度,对热处理态硬度影响不大;硼的质量分数在0.1%~0.7%间变化时,随着硼含量的增加,试样的组织由亚共晶态向过共晶态过渡,试样的冲击韧性下降,耐磨性在硼的质量分数为0.32%时相对较好.From the view of decreasing the contents of Mo,Ni and other precious metal elements,reducing production costs and increasing wear-resistance,an experiment study for adding boron to substitute partial Mo and Ni in KmTBCr20Mo has been conducted and the effect of boron on 20-chromium white cast iron were investigated.The results showed that the addition of boron increased the hardness of cast samples,but no marked effect has been found in the samples after heat treatment.In the boron content range of 0.1 to 0.7(mass,%),the microstructure of the samples may transit from the hypoeutectic to hypereutectic state,and the impact toughness decreased as the boron content increased.Wear resistance was satisfactory when boron content was 0.32%.
