川芎嗪腹腔灌洗和静脉滴注治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价川芎嗪腹腔灌洗和静脉滴注治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的疗效。方法选择术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者36例,随机分为治疗组18例和对照组18例。2组均给予禁食、胃肠减压、生长抑素、抗生素、维持水电解质平衡及肠外营养等综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用川芎嗪腹腔灌洗和静脉滴注治疗(川芎嗪60mg+生理盐水1000ml腹腔灌洗及川芎嗪80mg+5%葡萄糖500ml静脉滴注,每天1次)。观察2组疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组腹痛缓解快,肛门恢复排气快,胃液大量减少,治愈时间明显缩短,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未出现严重不良反应。结论川芎嗪腹腔灌洗和静脉滴注治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻,能改善腹腔微循环,减少肠粘连,缓解临床症状,促进肠功能恢复,明显减少住院时间。Objective To estimate the curative effect of Ligustrazine peritoneal lavage and intravenous drip on early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction. Methods 36 cases patients with early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction samples were randomly divided into treat group（ 18 cases）and control group（ 18 cases）. All the paitents were gave same combined therapy by absolute diet, gastrointestinal decompression, somatostatin, antibiotics, sustain water-electrolyte balance and parenteral alimentation, etc. Except that, treat group were gave peritoneal lavage Ligustrazine and intravenous drip （ peritoneal lavage by normal saline 1000ml dissolve Ligustrazine 60mg meanwhile intravenous drip by 5% glucose 500ml dis- solve Ligustrazine 80mg,once a day）. Both therapeutic effect and adverse effect were observed. Results In treatment group, the pain relieved quickly, anal exhaust fast recovery, a significant reduction in gastric juice, healing time was significantly shor- ter,compared with control group, there had significantly difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. No serious adverse reactions were heppened. Conclusion Using the Lignstrazine peritoneal lavage and intravenous drip to cure early postoperative inflammatory small bow- el obstruction can improve peritoneal microcirculation, decrease ankylenteron, relieveclinical symptom, promote functional recovery of bowels and decrease the length of stay obviously.
