系统性红斑狼疮合并血栓性血小板减少性紫癜5例分析

摘　　要：目的分析系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)的临床特征和治疗方法。方法对5例SLE合并TTP患者的临床表现、实验室检查和治疗进行分析。结果所有患者均及时进行血浆置换和大剂量甲泼尼龙和环磷酰胺治疗,病情得到改善,均好转出院。结论 SLE合并TTP病情危重,既有SLE特征,也有TTP特征,治疗除尽早血浆置换外,早期使用环磷酰胺对改善预后也很重要。Objective To analyse the clinical features and treatments of systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）com- bined with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura （rlTp）. Methods Analysed the clinical Characters, pathology results and treatment methods of 5 patients diagnosed SLE combined with TIP. Results They were all treated with plasma exchange and high dose of methylpredonislone and cyclophosphamide immediately, their symptoms were improved and all got discharged at the end. Conclusion SLE combine with TIP is a very serious disease,because the patient have not only SLE＇s symptoms but also TTP＇s,except early plasmapheresis,early use of cyclophosphamide also plays an important role in improving prognosis.
