9种中药对穴位区皮内微血管舒缩运动振幅的影响

摘　　要：检测9种常用活血化瘀中药对穴位区皮内微血管舒缩运动振幅的影响。采用离子导入仪将试验中药水煎液导入志愿者穴位区皮肤,并利用激光多普勒血流仪测定、记录药液导入前后穴位区皮内微血管的舒缩运动振幅变化。与导药前相比,导药后,各种中药对微血管舒缩活动振幅均有不同程度的提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中,红花、延胡索、刘寄奴、乳香、川芎和鸡血藤能极显著提高微血管舒缩运动的振幅(P<0.01);没药、牛膝和郁金能显著提高微血管舒缩运动的振幅(P<0.05)。活血化瘀类中药有提高穴位区皮内微血管舒缩运动振幅的作用。这是其发挥作用的机制之一。The effects of Nine frequently used Chinese herbal drugs for activate blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis on vasomotion amplitude of acupoint areas inside skin were observed. By iontophoresis system the solutions of Chinese herbal drugs were delivereded into acupoint areas skin of the volunteers, and the changes in vasomotion amplitude were recorded using Laser Doppler Monitor. the vasomotion amplitude were enhanced by the applitations of various kinds of Chinese herbal drugs （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Flos Carthami , Rhizoma Corydalis Yanhusuo , Herba Artemisiae Anornalae , Olibanurn , Rhizoma Chanxiong and Caulis Spatholobi could very significantly improved the vasomotion amplitudes（P〈0.01）; while Myrrha,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Radix Curcumae Wenyujin could significantly improved the vasomotion amplitudes（P〈0.05）. Chinese herbal drugs of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis chould improve the vasomotion amplitude of acupoint areas inside skin.
