摘 要:目的探讨火针对脊髓损伤(SCI)模型大鼠Caspase-3、IL-1β蛋白表达的影响。方法选择SD大鼠80只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、火针组与毫针组,采用改良Allen's法建立急性SCI模型,经不同针刺方法干预后,在不同时段取材并通过免疫组化SABC法检测Caspase-3、IL-1β蛋白表达。结果模型组中,SCI大鼠脊髓内IL-1β与Caspase-3的蛋白表达明显增高;两个针刺干预组中,IL-1β与Caspase-3的蛋白表达明显降低,其中火针干预组更为明显。结论火针可降低SCI模型大鼠IL-1β、Caspase-3蛋白表达。Objective To explore the effect of fire needling on Caspase-3 and IL-1β protein expressions in a rat model of spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods Eighty SD rats were randomly allocated to sham operation, model, fire needling intervention and filiform-needle acupuncture intervention groups. An acute SCI model was made by the modified Allen's method. The specimens were taken in different stages after the interventions of different acupuncture techniques. Caspase-3 and IL-1β protein expressions were examined by immunohistochemical SABC method. Results IL-1β and Caspase-3 protein expressions increased obviously in the model group of SCI rats. IL-1β and Caspase-3 protein expressions decreased obviously in the two acupuncture intervention groups. They decreased more obviously in the fire needling intervention group. Conclusion Fire needling can decrease IL-1β and Caspase-3 protein expressions in a rat model of SCI.
