摘　　要：本文简要综述腺病毒载体的研究现状，包括各型载体的构成、优势与缺陷，及其相应的优化策略，并指出在我国人群中腺病毒载体作为疫苗和基因治疗的工具所应采取的优化措施。This paper provided a brief review of research status quo about the adenovirus vector, including the various types of composition, advantages and shortcoming, and its corresponding optimzation strategy, and pointed out what measures should be taken for optimizing the adenovirus vector used in vaccination and gene therapy in our population.
