摘 要:目的对正常人眼外直肌第一眼位以及在收缩和舒张状态下最大横截面积进行CT定量研究并分析其临床应用价值。资料与方法采用CT冠状位对16名正常人眼球在不同眼位状态下利用计算机图像处理软件进行眼外直肌最大横截面积测量,并对其进行数据分析,确定眼外直肌最大横截面积范围和其功能度。结果在第一眼位时,外直肌最大截面积和功能度均为最大,具有显著性差异(F=4.204,P=0.021);其余眼外直肌无显著性差异(F=2.562,P=0.0087)。内直肌最大截面积在收缩时比第一眼位状态下增加35.7%(36.72±4.69;26.86±3.66);松弛状态下减少29.6%(26.86±3.66;19.04±3.42)。外直肌最大截面积在收缩时比第一眼位状态下增加49.4%(54.89±5.05;34.74±4.08);松弛状态下减少30.7%(34.74±4.08;25.46±4.01)。上直肌群最大截面积在收缩时比第一眼位状态下增加28.3%(34.56±3.78;28.93±2.88);松弛状态下减少32.7%(28.93±2.88;18.13±3.48)。下直肌最大截面积在收缩时比第一眼位状态下增加27.4%(35.27±4.07;27.69±3.65);松弛状态下减少26.5%(27.69±3.65;20.36±3.75)。结论确立正常人眼外直肌在不同眼位状态下最大截面积和功能度正常值范围,为眼外肌病变提供影像学诊断和其临床意义。Objective To measure the largest cross-section area of extraocular rectus muscle on primary position during the muscle contraction and relaxation states using CT. Materials and Methods Sixteen volunteers performed eyes CT scan at the extraocular rectus muscle contraction and relaxation states. The largest cross-section area,the normal range and functional degree of rectus muscle were measured on the coronary images using computer software. Results On primary position,the largest cross-section area and functional degree of the lateral rectus muscle were the largest among all the extraocular rectus muscles(F=4.204,P=0.021). There were no significant difference among the other rectus muscles (F=2.562,P=0.0087). Compared with the primary position,at contraction state,the largest cross-section area of medial rectus muscle increased by 35.7%,lateral rectus muscle increased by 49.4%,superior rectus muscle increased by 28.3% and the inferior rectus muscle increased by 27.4%,while at relaxation state,the largest cross-section area of the medial rectus muscle decreased by 29.6%,lateral rectus muscle decreased by30.7%,the superior rectus muscle decreased by 32.7%and the inferior rectus muscle decreased by 26.5%. Conclusion The normal range of the largest cross-section area of the rectus muscles may help us to make correct image diagnosis.
