红花黄色素对糖尿病合并冠心病患者心绞痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察红花黄色素对2型糖尿病伴冠心病心绞痛患者临床症状及心电图疗效的影响.方法将52例2型糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛患者随机分成常规药物治疗组(对照组)和红花黄色素组(治疗组),每组26例.对照组酌情采用阿司匹林、硝酸酯剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂、强心剂、利尿剂等常规治疗;治疗组在常规使用药物治疗的基础上加用红花黄色素100mg静滴,每日1次,连用30d.于用药第2周和第4周记录心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、疼痛程度评分及心电图疗效,两组进行比较.结果用药2周和4周后,实验组心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及疼痛评分及心电图改善程度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论红花黄色素可有效降低2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者心绞痛发作频率,缩短其持续时间,减轻其疼痛程度,改善心电图表现.Objective To observe the effect of safflower yellow pigment on clinical symptoms and ECG in type 2 diabetic patients with angina pectoris.Methods Fifty-two type 2 diabetic patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into conventional oral drug group（control group）,and safflower yellow pigment group（treatment group）,each group with 26 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with aspirin,nitrates agents,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,β blockers,heart stimulants,diuretics and other conventional treatment;while patients in the treatment group were intravenously given 100 mg safflower yellow pigment one time a day for 30 days,on the basis of routine drug therapy.The angina attack frequency,duration,pain score and ECG were recorded two and four weeks after treatment,respectively and compared between the two groups.Result The degree of improvement in angina frequency,duration and pain score and ECG in the experimental group was superior to the control group 2 and 4 weeks after drug treatment,and the difference was statisti-cally significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Safflower yellowpigment can effectively reduce the attack frequency of angina,shorten the duration,mitigate the pain and improve the performance of ECG in type 2 diabetic patients with coronary heart disease.
