溴丙胺太林与膀胱训练及两者联合治疗女性急迫性尿失禁疗效观察  

Therapeutic Effects of Propantheline Bromide Administration Combined with Bladder Training on Female Patients with Urge Urinary Incontinence

摘　　要：目的探讨溴丙胺太林,膀胱训练治疗女性急迫性尿失禁疗效.方法抽取在本院就诊急迫性尿失禁病人65例,随机分为A,B,C组,A组口服溴丙胺太林片15mg,tid,B组膀胱训练,C组口服溴丙胺太林片+膀胱训练,治疗3月,比较3组治疗后疗效.结果治疗前后根据排尿日记比较,C组与A组比较两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).C组与B组比较两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).A组和B组比较两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论溴丙胺太林片与膀胱训练联合应用,较单用对急迫性尿失禁有更好疗效.Objective The therapeutic effects of propantheline bromide administration,bladder training,and propantheline bromide administration combination with bladder training on female patients with urge urinary incontinence were compared.Methods 65 female patients suffering from urge urinary incontinence were randomly divided into 3 groups and were treated by propantheline bromide administration,bladder training,propantheline bromide administration combination with bladder training,respectively.For 3 months of treatment,therapeutic effects of 3 groups were evaluated by daily uresis frequency,output and urge urinary incontinence frequency.Results There is no statistic significance between propantheline bromide administration and bladder Training（P 〉0.05）.However,combination treatment with propantheline bromide administration and bladder training obviously reduced daily uresis frequency,urge urinary incontinence frequency when comparing with propantheline bromide administration,bladder training,respectively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination with propantheline bromide administration and bladder training is more effective in improving clinic symptoms of urge urinary incontinence than propantheline bromide administration or bladder training.
