摘 要:目的比较腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)两种手术方法的中转开腹发生率及术中严重并发症发生率.方法分别对两位两所三级甲等医院年资相同的副主任医师(A、B医师组)于近5a间各行LC3000例进行分析.结果中转开腹率A、B组分别为2.52%、0.07%(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率A、B组分别为2.30%、0.07%,术后并发症发生率A、B组分别为0.60%、0%(P<0.05),两组均无死亡病例.结论手术方法及LC操作技术能有效减少LC中转开腹发生率,降低并发症发生率.Objective To compare the rate of converting LC to cholecystectomy and the incidence of serious complications between two methods for laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Method Comparative study was performed on 3 000 patients underwent LC between two methods in two different hospitals(A group and B group) from January 2004 to January 2009.Results The rate of converting LC to cholecystectomy was 2.30% in group A and 0.07% in group B(P〈0.05).The incidence of serious complications was 0.60% in A group and 0% in group B(P〈0.05).No death case was found in both groups.Conclusion The method and technique used in LC procedure can effectively reduce the rate of converting from LC to open cholecystectomy and the incidence of serious complications.
