严重多发伤救治中外固定架的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨严重多发伤合并骨折患者外固定架的应用条件、治疗效果。方法回顾性分析总结我科2007年1月～2009年6月收治的47例采用外固定架治疗的严重多发伤并骨折患者的临床资料。本组骨盆骨折16例,四肢骨折35例;闭合性骨折18例,开放性骨折29例。结果死亡3例,存活44例;18例接受再次手术,29例外固定架作为确切性固定手段,26例骨折愈合、功能恢复满意。结论在严重多发伤骨折的早期处理中,外固定架固定应用范围较广,手术时间短,操作简单,并发症少,效果满意,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the application condition and effect of external fixation in treating severe multiple injuries.Methods The clinical data of 47 multiple injury cases in our unit from Jan.2007 to Jun.2009 were studied retrospectively.This group included 16 cases of pelvic fractures and 35 limbs fractures;closed fractures in 18 cases,open fractures in 29 cases.Results Of these patients,44 cases survived and 3 cases died of critical brain injury and hemorrhagic shock.Totally 18 cases received re-operation of internal fixation.External fixation was applied as definitive technique for fixation of bone fracture,resulting in fracture healing in 26 cases.Conclusion The early external fixation for severe multiple injury patients can be widely used for the relatively short operation time,simple manipulation and less complications.
