摘 要:介绍了一种实验用小型负压流化床的研制过程、结构特点、工作原理及应用。该设备适用于旧砂干法再生后的微粉分离,一次加料量为150~200g,实现了微型化,主要用于实验教学与科研。其工作原理是:在负压作用下使物料流态化,从而便于微粉分离。通过调节负压值实现完全分离。经负压流化床分离后的旧砂,其微粉(〉150目)残留量在1%以下。The research and development, structural characteristics, working principle and application of experimental small-scale negative pressure fluidized-bed are introduced in this paper. This device is applied to the separation of micro-powder which formed in the dry reclamation of used green sand. This device achieved mini sized since only 150-200 g of reclaimed sand were treated every time and it mainly applied in the experiment teaching and scientific research. Its working principle was as follows: in order to facilitate the separation of micro-powder when the device working, the materials were at the state of fluidization under the effect of negative pressure, and by adjusting the value of negative pressure to achieve the total separation of micro-powder. The micro-powder content of the used green sand (〉150 mesh) treated by this device can maintain less than 1%.
