结核杆菌抗体检测在诊断结核性心包炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨结核杆菌抗体TBAb检测对结核性心包炎(TBP)的诊断价值。方法采用胶体金法分别检测结核性心包炎组与同期健康对照组的TBAb,进行统计分析。结果结核性心包炎组TBAb阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),结核性心包炎经抗结核治疗6个月后,彩超检查心包积液减少或消失,病人康复,心电图正常。结论 TBAb检测对TBP诊断和鉴别诊断及临床治疗具有一定的价值。Objective To explore the value of tubercular antibody （TBAb） in the diagnosis of tuberculous pericarditis （TBP）. Methods The TBAb in 38 patients were determined by colloidal gold （CG） and compared with 64 healthy control. Results The positive ratio in TBP group was significantly higher as compared with control group. The hydropericardium was significantly decreased or disappeared after 6 months of antituberculotic treatment by color Doppler uhrasonography. It seemed that patients were rehabilitated and electrocardiogram （ECG） was normal. Conclusion TBAb is valuable in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis or treatment of TBP.
