TA15钛合金“H”型结构等温局部加载成形工艺研究

摘  要:本工作基于DEFORM3D平台,针对筋板类构件建立了等温局部加载有限元模型,模拟分析了局部加载过程中分模面位置、成形参数与加载次序对筋的充填和初生α相晶粒尺寸的影响规律。结果表明:分模面位置设在筋处时比分模面位置在腹板处时,筋的充填性好,初生α相晶粒尺寸分布均匀;改变局部加载成形参数,即增大横向筋和腹板、纵向筋和腹板之间的圆角半径,分模面处的纵向筋和横向筋的充填深度差增大;增加上模压下速度,筋的充填深度减小,初生α相晶粒尺寸增大;加载次序对初生α相的晶粒尺寸影响不显著。A 3D rigid-plastic FEM model for large-scale complex integral components isothermal local loading was established based on software DEFORM3D and further the influence law of position of die partition,loading sequence and forming parameters on the filling of rib and the distribution of primary α-phase grain size during isothermal local loading was simulated and analyzed.The results show that when the die is partitioned along the rib,the rib will be filled well.And the distribution of primary α-phase grain size is uniform.Modify the forming parameters of the local loading,with the increase of the fillet radius between rib and web,the difference between the depths of filling cross ribs increases.With the increase of loading speed the depths of filling ribs decrease and the primary α-phase grain size increases.The loading sequence has no significant effect on the primary α-phase grain size.
